Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Worn or washed items
How to Request a Return
  • Email us at [support@stynra.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
  • Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability). Just mention this in your return request.
